We support families in their transition towards setting up the appropriate care of a loved one. We also offer economical solutions, such as our CareCircle program, that through inexpensive (Approx 95$/year) web based software, assists families and friends to create and organize a network of care for the loved one in question. We are solution oriented, and seek to find the best solution for the situation at hand. We also offer nutritional counselling, as well as other activities that can be done to support, physical, mental-emotional well-being of both the client and their family. |
