| Cost: | All of our services are subject to a co-payment daily fee set by the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. This charge for accommodation applies to all chronic care facilities in Ontario. |
| Population Served: | Service available for adults with physical, cognitive or behavioural problems that limit their ability to live independently. All patients require complex medical and nursing care and a range of diagnostic and therapy services. Conditions may include acquired brain injury, stroke, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injury and dementia. |

| Additional Information: | Medical referral is required. In addition to Complex Continuing Care, the program provides palliative care for those who are terminally ill with cancer, respite care to provide relief to caregivers, a special care unit for comatose or semi-comatose patients, and a secure unit for brain-injured patients. |
