Cost: One-time set-up fee of $85.55 and monthly monitoring fee of $42.75.
Population Served: St. Joseph’s Health Centre Lifeline is a 24-hour telephone monitoring emergency response service for clients who are medically at risk, elderly, or with physical and/or mental challenges.
Area Served: Open catchment area.
Additional Information: The Lifeline® is an easy-to-use personal response service that lets you summon help any time of the day or night, even if you can’t speak. All you have to do is press your Personal Help Button, worn on a wristband or pendant, and a trained Response Centre Associate will ensure you get help fast.
The Lifeline staff will provide information about the service, and arrange a home visit for installation.
The office is open Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
