Cost: $15 regular hours.
$18 per day for extended hours (includes dinner).
Hot meal and snacks are included, but transportation is not.
If a subsidies is requested a financial assessment is done to determine an affordable fee.
Population Served: Frail seniors, persons in early/moderate stage of dementia, stroke recovery patients.

Day program staff will help coordinate transportation to accommodate needs whenever possible. Main transportation provider for St. Clair O'Connor is Harmony Hall (416-752-8868) but available only for clients living in East Toronto. Clients from outside East Toronto area are welcomed if they can arrange alternative means of transportation.
Activities include crafts, music, gentle exercises, games, trips, special celebrations, pet program, cooking/baking, walking group, monthly birthday party, spa program, current events, intergenerational program, and indoor/outdoor gardening.

Safety features: Key pad secured doors, ID bracelets. No safe outdoor wandering area. Non-smoking facility.
