| Additional Information: | Program available in person's home, in long term care facilities and in retirement homes. In the initial assessment, The Mini Mental Status Examination is completed in order to get an idea of the person’s level of functioning. The facilitator then gathers information about the person’s life history including their interests. From there the facilitator will develop specific mental exercises for the participant to engage in that will match their functioning level as well as their personal interests. |
