Individuals (applicants) may choose Long Term Care facilities from outside their own CCAC area.
How to apply: Contact your local Community Care Access Centre.
Unit description: Secure unit for individuals who wander and/or have complex behavioural problems - 40 beds
Beds available throughout facility as required for individuals with moderate cognitive impairment who are not at risk
Safety features: Alarm on unit, alarm on outer door, Wanderguard bracelets, identification bracelet with Lincoln Place's address. No secure outdoor wandering area.
Total beds: 217
