Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Transportation services available for individuals living in the catchment area - $4.00 each way.

have health care needs that cannot be met with any combination of caregiving or community-based services in the home;
have health care needs that can be met in a long-term care facility.

Application: Applications must originate in the CCAC where the individual (applicant) resides.
Individuals (applicants) may choose Long Term Care facilities from outside their own CCAC area.
How to apply: Contact your local Community Care Access Centre.
Unit description: Cognitive Support Unit (17 beds) - 2 semi-private and 11 private rooms, secure unit with secure outdoor garden area.
French unit (37 beds - includes 1 short term stay bed), Ismaili unit (17 beds) and Behavioural Response Unit (15 beds) also available
Safety features: Alarms on outdoor and on elevators. Wanderguard bracelets. Secure outdoor wandering area. No secure smoking area
