The City of Toronto offers Property Tax assistance to low-income homeowners.

Terms for 2007:

residential property assessed at less than $454,000

individuals 65 years of age or older or a disabled persons

household income of $26,000 or less

Note: Applications must be submitted each year to be considered for the Property Tax Deferral Program. Terms are revised yearly.
