    Men's Cooking Group (Support Group)
    The Men's Cooking Group is a 4 week beginner's cooking class and support group for male partners caring for someone with dementia.
    Participants will: learn from a dietician, gain hands-on cooking experience, prepare a simple,easy-to-learn recipe, take home 2 heart-healthy meals to enjoy, meet other caregivers, and have fun.

    Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction for Caregivers (Workshop Series)
    The MBSR for Caregivers workshop series will teach family caregivers effective methods of coping with stress in order to allow individuals to improve their own health and well-being. Mindfulness-based stress reduction program is based on a behavioural medicine program designed by Dr Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center.
